How to Shop

Thank you for your interest in our products.

If you are a new shopper and have not yet registered simply click on the Log In/Register at the top of the page to set-up your personal shopping profile. If you already have a personal USER ID and password, just log in to access your personal shopping cart.

To shop online
  1. Select the main product category on the left side of Home Page that describes the item you are looking for.

  2. Click on the Product Image or Product Name to learn more about each item.

  3. For Mamaway and Mamihouse, choose your size and color at the lower left hand corner under the 'Please Choose:'

  4. There are 2 ways to add item to your shopping cart:
    • Under the Product Category Listing, fill up the quantity to purchase, while finished simply click on Add To Cart and it will be added to your personal shopping cart.
    • or Under Product Detail screen, fill up the quantity to purchase, then click on Add To Cart

  5. Any time you would like to see the details about what's in your shopping cart, click on the Shopping Cart button. This will list all the items in your shopping cart along with the individual pricing and quantity of each item. While in this view you can change the quantity of items or even remove items you do not wish to purchase.

  6. When you are ready to complete your on-line purchase and checkout, simply click on the 'Checkout'. If you have not already logged in, you will be asked to log in now.

  7. On the Delivery Information page, you can change your delivery address for your order by clicking on the 'Change Address' button.

  8. Then click 'continue checkout' button to access Payment Information page. Our Delivery Charges is calculated based on packaging weight. Under this page, please choose your payment method. For Malaysia customers, currently We only have Maybank and Public account. For Singapore customers, POSB or OCBC account can be chosen.

  9. Click 'continue checkout' button to confirm your order.

  10. Once your order has been submitted a confirmation screen will present you with your Order Confirmation Number. Please keep this number as a reference for your order.

如何訂購
  1. 登入(你已經注冊了，只要登入就好)。

  2. 選購你喜歡的商品。
    3.
  3. 如果需要選擇尺寸和顏色，請往左下看有個「Please Choose:」。
    4.
  4. 確定顏色和尺寸後，請按「Add to Cart:」。
    5.
  5. 如果你只選一個商品，就按「Checkout」，如果還想選購其他的，請按「continue shopping」。
  6. Shipping Method:在西馬本店用SECUREXPRESS-INX；在東馬有兩種一是Poslaju，二是Domestik Parcel。 Domestik Parcel會比Poslaju慢幾天，通常會建意顧客用Domestik Parcel比較省錢。 確定了Shipping Method，請按「continue Checkout」。
  7. 請選擇Payment Methods，目前我有三個戶口:Maybank 、 Public Bank和Hong Leong Bank。選好後，請按「continue Checkout」。
  8. 這裡就會出現銀行的戶口號碼，再按「confirm」就是完成了。
